My name is Metaxia, following a career for many years in multinationals, I felt the inner need to create something from my roots designed for the needs of the new consumer around the world. Family olive groves are located in Vatika territory, a true heaven for the cultivation of the olive trees. Its microclimate, its balanced combination of sea breeze and mountain freshness, proudly producing the renowned Laconian extra virgin olive oil!

Laconian Legacy Extra virgin olive oil has unique characteristics. Rich in polyphenols -at Gold standards -consistently above 1000mg/kg, so special that it is protected by the EU, as PGI, Protected Geographical Indication, rare variety “Athinolia” grows only in Laconia, century-old olive trees, early harvest, family production to make sure we take only the best juice. Optimum handling in harvesting, milling and conservation to reach high standards of phenolic content.

Yanni’s Olive Grove is a family business located in Nea Potidaia, Chalkidiki, in northern Greece and has a family structure. In the last three years, Yanni’s EVOOs received more than 35 quality awards at major international olive oil competitions, as well as being acclaimed as ultra-healthy EVOOs producer, achieving spots on the lists of the Top EVOOs of the World and the Top 100 Societies of the World for 2016.
The company ensures the high quality, building on Yanni’s experience, on the cooperation of Greek Universities and on the “green practices” application. The production process is supervised by Krinos Olive Center of the AFS in Greece. The company has been recognized for its achievement as a unique in Europe model-pilot producer on the intelligent agriculture olive tree cultivation, its collaboration with “Alzheimer Hellas” supporting the scientific research on the first clinical trial in humans. Also, its highlights are the online traceability system for its olive foods, which are produced in owned waterfront estate of more than 6000 olive trees and bottled in the company’s new bottling facility.

EARLY HARVEST EVOO of Wild Chalkidiki
variety grafted with Chondroelia

Ιt is a single-varietal green early harvest extra virgin olive oil very balanced with low acidity, intense fruity aroma and bitter taste with a characteristic pungent aftertaste. It has a crystal clear and bright green colour and exceptional organoleptic characteristics. It contains the highest number of antioxidants than most extra virgin olive oils and excellent organoleptic characteristics which are essential credentials of a green early harvest extra virgin olive oil of rare value that we recommend that it is consumed raw.

EARLY HARVEST EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
of Galani Chalkidiki variety

It is a unique single-varietal green early harvest extra virgin olive oil. GALANI in Greek means light blue. It is a balanced EVOO with low acidity, bright green colour and exceptional organoleptic characteristics. We recommend that it is consumed by the family both raw and in cooking. It is highly recommended for children because of its smooth taste while it retains all the beneficial components of a green early harvest extra virgin olive oil, which are necessary for the proper development of children.

CHALKIDIKI Chondroelia variety

CHALKIDIKI P.D.O is the only Greek green early harvest extra virgin olive oil certified as P.D.O. It is a single-varietal green early harvest extra virgin olive oil produced in limited quantities with the highest possible standards. It exhibits extremely low acidity, fruity aromas of freshly cut grass and banana, delicate and pleasantly bitter taste and finally, a pungent aftertaste to the palate. We recommend that it should be consumed raw.

YANNI’S FRESH
BLEND of EARLY HARVEST EVOOs of
CHALKIDIKI varieties

It is an excellent and unique BLEND of green olive oils. It is produced from the most prime olives of local wild olive tree of Chalkidiki (Agrielia) grafted with Chondroelia of Chalkidiki and Galani of Chalkidiki and finally Chondroelia of Chalkidiki olive tree variety. It is an explosive blend with low acidity, deep green colour and exceptional organoleptic characteristics. We recommend that it is consumed raw in salads for example, but also on hot food at the end of its cooking, a practice which allows the amazing aroma of freshly cut green olives to emerge.

BLEND OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS

Extra virgin olive oil produced from the local variety Wild olive tree of Chalkidiki (Agrielia) grafted with Chondroelia of Chalkidiki, Galani of Chalkidiki, and Chondroelia of Chalkidiki variety. It is particularly balanced with low acidity, pleasant fruity aroma and slightly bitter and pungent aftertaste. It is an ideal supplement to a balanced diet.

In the last four years that I take care the olive trees that my father has left for me (these were the same olive trees that his father passed on to him), I have given everything that I have in me in order to achieve the best possible result. In return, I am rewarded both in quantity and quality!
The whole procedure of gathering the olives from the trees up until the point of having the olive oil in our hands is being supervised by me. When you smell and taste it, its colors will take you on a journey in the wonderful world of pure virgin oil from the beautiful Achaia.
