It is a unique single-varietal green early harvest extra virgin olive oil. GALANI in Greek means light blue. It is a balanced EVOO with low acidity, bright green colour and exceptional organoleptic characteristics. We recommend that it is consumed by the family both raw and in cooking. It is highly recommended for children because of its smooth taste while it retains all the beneficial components of a green early harvest extra virgin olive oil, which are necessary for the proper development of children.
CHALKIDIKI Chondroelia variety
CHALKIDIKI P.D.O is the only Greek green early harvest extra virgin olive oil certified as P.D.O. It is a single-varietal green early harvest extra virgin olive oil produced in limited quantities with the highest possible standards. It exhibits extremely low acidity, fruity aromas of freshly cut grass and banana, delicate and pleasantly bitter taste and finally, a pungent aftertaste to the palate. We recommend that it should be consumed raw.

It is an excellent and unique BLEND of green olive oils. It is produced from the most prime olives of local wild olive tree of Chalkidiki (Agrielia) grafted with Chondroelia of Chalkidiki and Galani of Chalkidiki and finally Chondroelia of Chalkidiki olive tree variety. It is an explosive blend with low acidity, deep green colour and exceptional organoleptic characteristics. We recommend that it is consumed raw in salads for example, but also on hot food at the end of its cooking, a practice which allows the amazing aroma of freshly cut green olives to emerge.

It is particularly balanced with low acidity, pleasant fruity aroma and slightly bitter and pungent aftertaste. It is an ideal supplement to a balanced diet.
