The World Olive Center for Health was established in 2018 and has become a world leader in research and education on olives and olive oil in correlation with health.
Our vision is to increase the economic value of olive oil and other olive products and to promote public health by encouraging the use of certified healthy olive oil.
The Center is self-funded, supporting itself through analysis of olive oil samples, health claim certification, other fee-based services, research grants, educational events and donations.
