Lučka Olive – Lučka – Oil Mill, an undertaking we have been working on for several years, will finally be completed in 2023. The oil mill will soon become a new center of production of Montenegrin extra virgin olive oil, from the territory of the Capital City of Podgorica and the municipality of Tuzi and Malaysia, and was created as a result of cooperation with the company PIERALISI s.r.l, which is one of the most prestigious manufacturers of equipment for the production of olive oil in the world. Through centuries of creation, at the foot of the Hill Dečić in Tuzi, farms were irrigated by the Rujela River, from the old mill by water channels, which our ancestors called LUČKA, and which were created as a natural need to bring water to the highest quality land in the tuška field.
By creating the LUČKA brand, which has 1000 autochthonous and selected, carefully nurturing varieties of olives: Arbequin, Ascolana, Leccino, Bjelica, and Barska žutica, from which we get extra virgin oil, using traditional recipes and the latest standards, we create innovative and authentic organic products, thus realizing our vision. State-of-the-art cold squeezing technology at 18 degrees results in healthy, noble, elegant, and spicy oil that can be measured with the best oils in the world.

The most important step in the production of extra virgin olive oil on our farm, which we used from the very beginning and which until then was completely unknown in our region, was the early harvest and processing of the same day in just a few hours after it. Such a procedure involves harvesting healthy olives when one-third of the fruit has changed color, rapid processing within a few hours, in a modern oil mill.
