We count the days one by one from the moment the olive blossom turns into a fruit in order to harvest at the most appropriate time, ensuring the tastiest olive oil.
We know that the harvesting process plays an important role in the quality of the olive oil. That is why we harvest the olives carefully and with dedication to the selection of the highest quality fruit.
Within a few hours, the olives are taken to the olive press and they are ground at temperatures below 24°C and with the most modern methods, giving, thus, prominence to the luscious characteristics of the olive oil.

We have a passion(the greek word is PATHOS) for olive oil and the cultivation of olives and we wanted to transfer this passion into this bottle, creating an impressive product in both quality and packaging.
