Ranis is an extra virgin olive oil, rich in polyphenols (>250mg/Kg) with health claim properties.

Chalandritsa, Achaea. Situated in the foothills of Mount Erimanthos (Protected Area Natura 2000).
VARIETY
Unique, Rare, Authentic – A Greek ancient olive variety which has thrived for more than six centuries in our region, called “Patrinia” variety, commonly known as “koutsourelia”.
HARVEST PERIOD
First half of October.
EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE
First cold pressing – no filtering.
HEALTH CLAIM PROPERTIES
The daily consumption of 20gr of Ranis provides >5mg of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol or their derivatives and consequently this olive oil belongs to the category of oils that protect the blood lipids from oxidative stress according to the regulation 432/2012 of the European Union.
