Fritz and Burgi Bläuel came to the Mani in the late 1970s in search of an alternative way of life. They soon started building up a pioneer organic agriculture project together with the local olive farmers and oil-millers.

MARMARO olive oil started its journey in 2018. It is the product of a family business and we aspire to seeing it travel all over the world, gaining recognition and helping Chalkidiki olive oil in general become renowned throughout the world.
