THYMIKO is produced exclusively at BioFarm Lefko — a single certified organic estate of 563 acres with 10,000 trees in semi-mountainous Ormylia, Chalkidiki, 5 km from the Toroneos Gulf. Five native varieties (Halkidiki, Amfissa, Kalamon, Megaritiki, Koroneiki), organic cultivation with circular nutrient management, subsurface irrigation and spontaneous vegetation cover. Early harvest October (500ml) and November (3L, 5L). Same-day cold extraction. Full traceability from estate to bottle.
