Evelaion- Our name has come out of antiquity.
Our vision, our passion, our dream, was to produce a healthy ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, with high content in phenols, that’s why we are from the first companies in Cyprus to modify organic olive oil. From 100% Koronaiki Organic Olives (Crown Variety) with cold pressed unfiltered. Stands outs for the aromas of grass, moderate fruity intensity and bitter spicy aftertaste that testifies to the unripe and fresh raw material with low acidity value.

Description

Our name comes out of antiquity. Cyprus was well-known as a place rich in olive trees and olive oil, evelaios according to Strabo.

We are a small family business, located in Cyprus (Potami Village).

Evelaion is a healthy ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, produced from 100% Koronaiki olives. (Crown Variety).

Our olives have been hand-picked (old traditional way), early in the harvest (September) in order to access the HIGHEST polyphenols value.

Very low acidity value around 0.15%, which is well below the extra virgin qualification standard of 0.8%, established by the International Olive Council (IOOC).

Our Healthy Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil use cold pressed unfiltered, to protect both nutrients and flavor. Sign of a SUPERIOR product. So its keeping the olives cooler ensures in the maximum QUALITY.

The consumption of olive oil polyphenols contributes to the prodection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. 432/2012 EU Approved Health Claim
